Any engagement between us — staffing, consulting, design, or delivery work — is governed exclusively by a signed master services agreement and its statements of work, which address scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, warranties, and liability. Nothing on this site varies those agreements, and nothing here constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

2. Information on this site

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date.

Any figures describing cost savings, timelines, or outcomes are indicative illustrations based on typical engagements. They are not promises, guarantees, or contractual commitments, and actual results vary by scope, role, and circumstance. Where a figure carries a qualifying note on the page, that note forms part of the statement.

The site, its content, design, code, and the Sofely name and marks are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services.
