Yours. Our office is in Mexicali, but our people work from across Mexico, which spans four time zones from UTC−8 to UTC−5 — the same span as the continental US. We staff each engagement from the zone that matches your team, so the overlap is a full working day rather than a handoff window. One honest caveat: Mexico stopped observing daylight saving in 2022, so between March and November most of the country sits an hour behind its US counterpart zone. Baja California is the exception and tracks US clocks exactly. In practice the worst case is a one-hour seasonal shift, and we adjust start times to absorb it.

You do. Our engagement agreements assign all intellectual property in the work product — code, documentation, and designs — to you, and our people are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will provide the assignment and confidentiality wording for your counsel to review before anything starts.

Individual specialists typically start within about two weeks of an agreed brief; a full squad takes longer because we would rather match well than fill fast. Scaling down is handled by the notice period in your agreement — we do not use long lock-ins to protect bench utilisation, and we would rather you keep only the people you need.

Tell us early. We will replace the person, and we absorb the ramp-up rather than billing you to onboard their replacement. If a role is not working structurally, we would rather restructure it than keep filling it.

We work inside your systems under your access controls, with least-privilege access provisioned per person and revoked on offboarding. We are happy to work to your security requirements, complete your vendor security review, and sign your DPA or equivalent.

Rates depend on discipline, seniority, and engagement length, so we quote against a specific brief rather than publishing a rate card that would not survive contact with your requirements. Tell us the roles and duration and we will come back with concrete numbers.
